Just as the lotus flower rises from muddy waters each morning, opening it's petals to the sun, we too have the capacity to emerge from life's experiences with an open heart.  Every day brings us a new opportunity to live life to the fullest.  Practicing yoga helps reconnect our body, breath and mind cultivating presence and peace.

Bridget teaches public classes at The Yoga Sanctuary, Core Studio, Imprint Yoga and 99 Sudbury and teaches private, semi-private and group classes.
